	Mark B. Sandground, Sr. , is the founding shareholder of Sandground New & Lowinger, P.C. An icon in the Washington, D.C. legal arena, he recently celebrated fifty years in the practice of law. Admired for his legal abilities as well as his persona, Mr. Sandground is a leader in local domestic relations law. Mrs. New, a native Washingtonian and long-time resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, holds a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.
	Jeff Evan Lowinger brings our clients more than twenty years of experience in the administration and distribution of marital, trust and probate estates. He specializes in protecting clients’ wealth through skillful valuation and separation of their assets. Mr. Lowinger is often called upon to untangle the most intricately woven client assets. His experience extends to such thorny situations as business valuations, complex asset division and the resulting tax consequences of valuing
